Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange any items, products must have been purchased directly from Awaken Skin Studio. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Items purchased greater than 1 year ago are no longer eligible for exchange. Proof of purchase from Awaken Skin Studio must be provided.

Returns
Should you wish to start a return, products must have been purchased directly from Awaken Skin Studio. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Items purchased greater than 1 year ago are no longer eligible for return/credit. Proof of purchase from Awaken Skin Studio must be provided. All items returned must have a minimum of 6 months expiration period remaining.
